The Livelihood Restoration Plan (LRP) is a comprehensive record of procedures, actions, and commitments that will be executed to provide compensation to individuals and households affected by the Project. The plan aligns with the laws of Albania, as well as the applicable environmental and social policies of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and International Finance Corporation (IFC).
